Mailbox Maintenance and Replacement
Most of our mailbox installations were replaced in 2007, with an attractive premium model (hereafter referred to as the “standard installation”). This change made a significant improvement to the attractiveness of our neighborhood.
Unfortunately, our standard installation is no longer commercially available, and most of our 2007 installations are showing clear signs of corrosion, wear and tear. Your board would like to encourage homeowners who never adopted our standard installation to do so, and for those with visibly deteriorated standard installations, to take the necessary steps to bring them up to scratch.
