INFO ABOUT TIMBER RIDGE ESTATES
All homes in Timber Ridge Estates possess Northville postal addresses and reside on 82 scenic wooded sites in the award winning Northville School District with homes built between 1989 and 1990. However, Timber Ridge Estates is actually located in, and pays its taxes to the City of Novi, MI.
Timber Ridge Estates is Managed by a Board of Directors elected at an annual open meeting of the membership, in November. Terms on the board, are usually for 3 years, with roughly 3 members being replaced each year. "Officer positions, (currently President, Vice President and Treasurer), are determined annually by the board, after the annual membership meeting, in accordance with the current needs of our neighborhood, with the responsibility to;
- Foster the sense of community within our neighborhood
- Maintain and Beautify our neighborhood’s common areas,
- Collection of annual dues to support the work required to sustain and grow our Property Values
- The consistent application of and compliance with our Association’s Covenants and By-Laws
