Located near the historic downtown of Northville, the homes are tucked into a serene natural setting, where the large, original growth trees have been preserved since Timber Ridges inception, providing both beauty and privacy. The tree lined streets winding throughout the neighborhood offer a peaceful back drop for an evening stroll.

The first home was built in Timber Ridge Estates in 1988 and we are now a vibrant and stable community of original owners and new young families settling here. Timber Ridge Estates is Ideally situated within just minutes from the historic Downtown Northville.
